My husband and I own a townhome in Winter Park, CO that we rent out for both short term and long term use.

We are located less than 1/2 mile from downtown, Main Street and right across from a free shuttle route to both the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Our home is in the Kings Crossing complex which also backs up to forest area. It is 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a private hot tub.
The master has a king bed, access to the private hot tub, a couch and a full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a twin over a full bunkbed.
Upstairs, we also have a full size sofa sleeper AND an additional "L" shaped couch. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, huge family area and dining room as well as a washer and dryer in the unit.

Unless it's high season, we require a 2 night minimum stay. During the peak times, it's a 3 night minimum. Rates start at $100/night.
